Deliverance Files and PowerPoints
This webpage is filled with resources for deliverance team leaders who follow the method if deliverance in our Beautiful Feet School of Deliverance.
Is the Person a Good Candidate?
Before I commit to assisting someone, I prefer they meet certain criteria that indicate their ability to sustain the freedom they achieve. While I don’t set hard-and-fast guidelines, these are the ideal conditions I look for:
- Born-Again Status: Are they genuinely born again?
- Church Attendance & Leadership Respect: Do they attend church regularly, and do they love and respect the leaders of their church?
- In-Home Support: Do they have someone in the home with them who can help them stay on track with their daily devotional exercises (e.g., a prayer partner or supportive family member)?
- Desperation for Freedom: Are they truly desperate for freedom?
- Mental Health & Trauma History: Do they have a long history of mental illness, and how severe is any trauma they have experienced? Some individuals’ trauma may require several years of attention. This raises the question: do I have the time available to help this person, or do I need to refer them to someone else?
Pre-Interview
Experience has shown that 40-50% of prospective individuals, when interviewed prior to any preparatory work, fail to complete their initial assignments. Therefore, interviews are conducted only after the successful completion of these three preparatory steps:

…..• Soul Tie Video
…..• Video – How to Stand on Their Decisions
…..• PowerPoint – How to Stand on Their Decisions

Consideration is given to individuals who, due to significant trauma (and demonization), are unable to complete these steps independently. In such instances, we have provided direct assistance, including prayer, while they completed the necessary documentation, acknowledging that their level of torment made self-completion impossible.
In addition, I request the signing of a release of liability form prior to commencing ministry. Once that form is submitted online, I immediately receive a notification informing me that the individual has completed the preliminary work and is requesting to be interviewed. (A hardcopy option is also available.)

Interview
During the interview, the following steps are recommended:
1. Ensure They are Genuinely Born Again: Confirm their relationship with Jesus using your preferred method, such as the Bridge Method.

2. Explain The Purpose of Deliverance: Clearly communicate that deliverance aims to help them become more like Jesus by identifying and removing barriers hindering normal spiritual growth.
…..• PowerPoint – Spiritual Development
3. Teach on Forgiveness. They should ideally have watched the Forgiveness video beforehand. If not, it is crucial to teach them the foundational necessity of forgiveness. You can present this using the provided PowerPoint, notes from the Beautiful Feet Deliverance Manual, or by playing the teaching video.

4. Teach on Soul Tie: Similar to forgiveness, they should have watched the Soul Ties video. If not, instruct them on the foundational necessity of breaking all ungodly emotional attachments. You can teach this using notes in the Beautiful Feet Deliverance Manual, the PowerPoint, or the teaching video.

5. Teach on Strongholds, Legal Rights, Open Doors: Emphasize that they must personally guard their minds, as no one else can fight this specific battle for them. While others can offer prayer, encouragement, and support on their journey, the ultimate responsibility for guarding their mind rests with them. Use either of these two resources:

6. Review their Questionnaire: As you review the questionnaire and ask clarifying questions, be mindful not to delve into every minute detail, as too much information can be overwhelming. A recommended duration for the entire interview is around 45-60 minutes. All essential information for conducting a deliverance session should be found within the questionnaire. While some individuals may wish to share their full life story, it is generally advisable to manage the interview within the 45-60 minute timeframe.
Preparing for a Deliverance Session
Following an interview, you will have the questionnaire, from which you can develop a session outline. We provide a template for this purpose, simply fill it with information unique to the individual. This ensures you have a clear plan for what is to be accomplished during the deliverance session, and when.

Things to Consider:
1. With the church staff, schedule the use of a room.
2. Schedule several intercessors to join you.
3. Ensure someone is assigned to take notes. Note-taking is crucial because few individuals require only one deliverance session, and it’s impossible to remember details of each. These notes will also be essential for creating outlines for subsequent sessions with the same individual.

Maintaining Freedom: An Ongoing Journey
Following deliverance sessions, it is important to advise the person about the progressive stages of freedom, often likened to peeling layers from an onion. Individuals will experience these stages differently, some achieving progress faster than others. It is vital that they understand they must actively fight for the removal of each layer, and continuously strive to maintain their newfound freedom.
They must be made to understand that deliverance is 90% their personal effort in applying spiritual principles. While the deliverance team provides guidance and mentoring, deliverance fundamentally relies on the discipline of the mind, which only the individual can accomplish. Others can come alongside them to encourage, pray, and motivate, but ultimately, the individual is responsible for the spiritual battle within their own mind.
Use the following resources to teach that the mind must be disciplined and trained, or individuals may revert to their former state:
