If self-deliverance is possible, why would I need to meet with a team to pray with me?
Yes, self-deliverance is possible, if there is extreme determination and discipline. Some people we work with have been so tormented and troubled in their mind that they cannot exercise faith to believe for their own freedom and deliverance. Some have extreme battles with negative thoughts, even to the point of being suicidal. These individuals need others to stand alongside them and support them through the process.
POWER IN NUMBERS
When there is a team of 3-4 faith-filled people praying with you, people who see God’s delivering power being manifested all the time, you find out very quickly that accompanying these people’s prayers is a strong awareness of God’s presence. This may not happen if you go the route of self-deliverance.
DIVINE GUIDANCE AND POWER
Some of the team members who serve on these prayer teams have been granted the spiritual gifts listed in 1 Cor. 12 (gift of faith, word of knowledge, discerning of spirits, etc.). When a team prays for people, at times the Holy Spirit will work through the individual team members, giving unique insight or power that can unlock and set a person free from the chains that have been binding them.

1. Go to this page on our website and watch the two short videos, then download and complete the worksheets.
2. Once you get those two worksheets completed, contact one of the teams and they will give you everything you need to conduct self-deliverance on your own. We highly recommend you meeting with a team of intercessors for this process, but if for some reason you can’t do that, we want to help you just the same, as our goal is your freedom and deliverance.
