Host the Only 1 Spark Revival Seminar in Your Church
Origin of the Only 1 Spark Revival Seminar
While serving as a missionary in a restricted-access nation, Chet Swearingen developed the Only 1 Spark Revival Seminar. It was first taught to evangelists in that nation and became a catalyst for a church-planting movement in which over 100 churches were established across 10 provinces.
Today, this same seminar is being presented in churches throughout the United States.
What Is Shared in the Seminar?
The seminar provides a compelling overview of biblical revivals and examines major revivals throughout Church history, leading up to the present day.
Chet also shares firsthand experiences from:
- The Jesus Movement of the late 1960s and 1970s, and
- A revival he experienced while serving onboard a U.S. Navy ship
- A modern church-planting revival movement during his years as a missionary
What to Expect from This Seminar
- Heightened expectation and anticipation for revival
- A deeper understanding of what God is capable of doing through revival
- Insight into how revival can spread to other congregations and regions
- Guidance on keeping a church healthy during the emotional dynamics that often accompany revival
- Clear patterns that have historically led to revival
- Practical ways to prepare for revival
- A renewed understanding that God’s desire is for revival to be perpetual
An Inspirational Encounter
Many participants who arrived feeling spiritually dry have reported experiencing personal encounters with God during the seminar. Comments from past attendees include:
- “I felt it was an encounter with God!”
- “This was so much more than an informational seminar.”
