Medicating Spiritual Issues is Not a Permanent Solution
You may have a mental health issue that needs medication. Some people cannot cope, survive, or live their life without medication. But most emotional struggles people face, and even many mental illnesses, will only be permanently healed through spiritual intervention.
Spiritual Intervention
Just as a medical doctor* conducts testing to diagnose a person’s condition, then prescribes remedial action of medicine, therapy, or surgery, a deliverance ministry does the same with a person’s spiritual condition.
Spiritual Testing
When a person is desperate and willing to be to be honest with themselves, God, and the deliverance team leader, a spiritual remedy to their emotional condition can be determined. When these steps are taken and the person is prayed for, then, and only then, is healing possible.
*This prayer ministry does not dismiss input from the medical and mental health profession, but it does assert that many emotional and physical issues stem from a spiritual condition that has never been addressed. These prayer teams also never tell an individual to stop taking their prescribed medication. That is a decision left up to them and their medical and mental health provider.
